About Us

Elizabeth River Group LLC was formed in 2016 by Jerry Cronin based upon experiences with clients ranging from small start-ups to global corporations. He believes that companies can be well served by trusted advisers that are not tied to specific vendor solutions but are free to work through issues and find solutions that are totally based on what makes best sense for them.

He brings a broad background, including military service as a Coast Guard officer; entreprenuerial start-ups; running a business practice serving military, civil, and commercial clients at a US Fortune 500 center of excellence; and international business development.

Jerry's passion is applying creativity and systems thinking to business problems. As an experienced leader and holder of a professional project management (PMP) certification, he is also skilled in translating creative and analytical processes into business results. Major areas of practice include:
